Hubert Chayan Xavier, CPA

Co-Founder and Principal Partner

Hubert Chayan Xavier is a Maryland and Virginia-licensed Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in public accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance. He serves as the Principal Partner of KX CPA and is responsible for overall technical oversight, regulatory compliance, and quality control of CPA services. He brings strong expertise in accounting standards, tax preparation, and financial reporting, ensuring that all services delivered by KX CPA meet professional and regulatory requirements. Xavier plays a key role in client engagement review, strategic financial guidance, and maintaining the firm’s commitment to accuracy and integrity.

Kinsen Talukder, MBA

Founder and Managing Partner

Kinsen Talukder holds a dual Master of Business Administration in Finance and Business administration and brings extensive experience in technical accounting and financial management. He also holds a certification in Federal Government Contracting and over 15 yrs of experience working within the Federal government contracting environment. He leads the firm’s business operations, client service delivery, and growth strategy. His background includes hands-on experience in accounting processes, financial reporting, budgeting, and operational finance within government contracting, nonprofit and commercial settings. He works closely with clients to streamline accounting workflows, improve financial visibility, and implement efficient systems that support scalability and compliance.
